• Advance Payment: An advance payment of 25% of the total project cost is required to initiate the work.
• Completion Payment: The remaining 75% of the payment is due upon project completion and approval from the client.

Order Cancellation:

• Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at +91 9643-77-43-57 within the 24-hour window.
• Cancellations requested after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund of the advance payment.

Refund Eligibility:

• If the order is canceled within 24 hours, the advance payment will be fully refunded within 72 hours. With ofcourse, a reasonable discussion about the cancellation.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 24-hour window.
• Refunds are not applicable for the 75% payment made after the completion of the work, except in cases where the final deliverables do not meet the agreed-upon specifications and requirements detailed in the project proposal or contract.

Dispute Resolution:

• In the event of a dispute regarding the final deliverables, clients must notify us within 7 days of project completion.
• We will work with the client to resolve the issue by making reasonable revisions as necessary to meet the agreed-upon specifications.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, and it is determined that the work provided does not meet the agreed specifications, a partial refund may be considered based on the specific circumstances and at the discretion of Devansh Digitech.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably and goes to legal action, the jurisdiction will be Faridabad, Haryana, India. By engaging our services, clients agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India.

Non-Refundable Services

• Digital Marketing Services: Due to the nature of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, and social media management, these services are non-refundable once initiated.
• Custom Software Development: Custom software development projects involve significant time and resources. As such, these projects are non-refundable once the development phase has begun, beyond the initial 24-hour cancellation period.
